Community diagnosis is an activity to determine the existence of a problem by collecting data in community. The importance community because it can identify problems that are broad and cover various aspects emergence health not only caused individual negligence, but also be public ignorance as result lack correct information about disease. purpose this study was obtain overview exist RT 11/RW 04 Rejowinangun Village, Kota Gede, Yogyakarta, priorities appropriate alternative solutions overcome priority have been determined. method uses quantitative descriptive analysis with door interviews using questionnaire which then intervened counseling providing promotion media form posters, pamphlets, hand sanitizers. these activities knowledge from increases participants actively ask questions enthusiastic getting material has given.
